Solar Generation practiced taking photographs of Greenpeace's campaign in a photography workshop aimed to building a capacity to the youth on news photography.

Bangkok, THAILAND — Solar Generation attended a workshop on photography. The objective is to build a capacity to the youth on how to take news photograph, especially for Greenpeace’s campaigns in order to better communicate environmental campaigns to the public.

The lecturer was Vinai Dithajohn, a professional photographer experienced in environmental photography for Greenpeace and news photography all over Asia. The activity drew 30 Solar Generation members, Greenpeace volunteers a teacher from a school in the network. The participants gained knowledge about Greenpeace’s campaigns through story telling through photographs, photography techniques and practical aspect by practicing taking photographs of Greenpeace’s campaign.
