Popular rock band Twisted Halo with lead singer Vin Dancel showed their commitment to stop climate change by personally going around Gweilo’s last month asking for the audiences’ signatures to support Greenpeace’s demand for the Department of Energy to implement a clean energy target – by the year 2010, 10 percent of the energy needs of the Philippines must come from wind, solar, and biomass power.
