Greenpeace activists dressed as zombies march towards the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) to protest against the department's inaction on industrial water pollution. Greenpeace is urging the DENR to establish a "Right-to-Know" system for chemicals, and adopt a policy to eliminate hazardous chemicals released by factories into freshwater bodies.
