Join us on our journey and take action to save our seas

The Philippine seas are in crisis. The wholesale degradation of our oceans will have a profound impact on us all as vital services provided by ocean ecosystems are disrupted, threatening food security and the very survival of millions of people.

However, there is hope. Evidence garnered from all around the globe, as well as in the country, shows that the creation marine reserves can protect and restore oceans ecosystems. Furthermore, by implementing sustainable management and fisheries in the surrounding waters, not only can we conserve marine species and habitats but also ensure fish for the future.

Ocean Defender Ship Tour 2013

This year, we are once again building a community of Ocean Defenders ---people across Southeast Asia who are committed to protecting our oceans.

Help us make the wave of ocean defenders grow bigger and stronger by signing up.

Our campaign involves ship tours with the Rainbow Warrior in Indonesia and the Esperanza in Thailand and Philippines to bear witness to the state of the oceans in Southeast Asia ---highlighting its beauty, biodiversity and destruction. This also aims to promote solutions on a grand scale, with the help of individuals like you in a couple of different ways like:
