Phil Radford
Executive Director
Phil is in a unique position as he takes the helm and builds on Greenpeace's rich legacy. Radford, who joined Greenpeace in 2003, was responsible for launching Greenpeace's Frontline program, and many other initiatives, including a student organizing program and a pioneering online-to-offline team that mobilizes Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter users to participate in Greenpeace's trademark peaceful direct actions.

Bill Richardson
Deputy Director

Bill has been working at Greenpeace for 20 years and has worn just about every hat the organization has to offer. He started right out of college in the Greenpeace canvassing department. It didn't take long for Bill to earn his stripes and move up the organizational ladder. "I feel that it's a privilege to work at Greenpeace," Bill says.

Danny McGregor
Chief Operating Officer

Danny always had a desire to work for Greenpeace; he saw it as an opportunity to use his talents for the greater good. When he accepted a job at Greenpeace International, his friends thought he was joking. But, nearly ten years later, Danny continues to prove his commitment to the organization by making sure Greenpeace stays afloat as our Chief Operating Officer.

Lisa Finaldi
National Campaigns Director

Lisa began her Greenpeace career working on international campaigns in Amsterdam in 1991 as the International Toxics Campaign Director. She is proud of her work with the Greenpeace Science Unit. It tested PVC toys from around the world and showed that they contained toxic chemicals that had not been adequately tested to determine their safety.

Nathan Santry
Actions Director
Nathan began as a volunteer and canvasser for Greenpeace in 1988. His father first introduced him to Greenpeace as the two visited the Greenpeace store on the Fishermen's Wharf in San Francisco. He was immediately drawn to the video being shown on an old black and white TV. The video showed Greenpeace on the open seas confronting the Japanese whaling fleet with activists putting themselves between the harpooners and the whales. Right then and there, Nathan knew what he wanted to do with his life and years later, Nathan found himself in the Southern Ocean on a Greenpeace ship saving the whales and experiencing the action himself.
