Summary Description
As a Greenpeace Fellow you will gain hands-on experience organizing, building the grassroots movement, and helping to win our global warming campaign under the direction and guidance of a senior mentor. Through your fellowship, you will activate hundreds of new Greenpeace volunteers, build expertise, and motivate grassroots volunteers to fight global warming. The core work of the position is recruiting, training, and communicating with volunteers around the country over the phone. Another key component of the job is maintaining excellent records in our databases and tracking systems. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with training/ mentoring interns, providing feedback on materials, and organizing online.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, especially phone skills

Prior experience with activism and organizing is preferred but not required. College graduates preferred.
