Responsibilities:
The IT intern will work alongside our small but busy IT department as they assist our creative, friendly staff with a variety of client support needs. Applicants should expect to strengthen their existing IT skillset and learn new IT skills. Some potential tasks may include:
- Imaging workstations
- Assisting users with IT problems
- Maintaining the IT team's equipment inventory
- Reporting failed hardware to Dell tech support staff
- Researching new technologies
- Assisting with Windows 7 migration
- Special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Windows/Mac desktop support is required
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong online research skills
- Ability to work well independently
- Enthusiasm for protecting the environment
