For one night only, Greenpeace's state-of-the-art new ship will be transformed into a fine dining space, where guests will experience the food of one of America's most highly regarded chefs.

Daniel Patterson, holder of two Michelin stars at COI, will create a unique seven-course menu using natural and seasonal ingredients onboard a working, campaigning vessel. In addition to his many accolades, Daniel has presented at numerous conferences around the world including Omnivore Festival in France, Madrid Fusion in Spain and Mexico City, Indentita in London and Milan, Mistura, and the Sydney Food Festival.
He is also a member of the avant garde collaborative group Cook It Raw and recently returned from the organizations' gathering in Japan where he worked closely with Rene Redzepi of Noma.
The deck and mess itself will be vividly reimagined by art collective Mix NYC to reflect Greenpeace's core mission: creating positive change through action.
