Now the Minister of Environmental, Conservation of Nature and Sustainable Development (MECNDD) has announced his plans to lift the suspension of the moratorium.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span>Greenpeace researchers obtained the concession contracts signed in 2015 by then Minister of Environment and Sustainable Development Bienvenu Liyota Ndjoli.
