The kicker is that it will be powered by a new lignite coal mine.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The plan is to use the dirtiest fossil fuel on the planet to fuel aggressive dairy herd expansion, pumping more nitrate into the water and greenhouse gases into our atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>That\u2019s why we\u2019re drawing a line in the sand to defend
