Following a complaint by DairyNZ to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) about a Greenpeace TV ad, Greenpeace provided the ASA with this 13 page file of scientific evidence pointing to nitrate and pathogen pollution of our waterways as a result of industrial dairying.<\/p>\n

The ASA subsequently threw out the complaint and ruled that the ad was truthful and not misleading.<\/p>\n
