The EU is one of the world's largest markets for timber. In 2009 it was estimated that about 19 percent of EU wood imports come from illegal logging.
So this video was released as part of the Forest Love campaign in the EU. The aim of the campaign was to raise awareness about the sale of illegal wood products.
