Your competencies…
- Thorough understanding of the political and economic environment, especially in EU/CEE
- Leadership experience in campaigning, with international teams and organisations
- Profound experience and valuable relations to media, politics and other decision-makers
- Negotiable English (written and spoken) is a prerequisite
- Willingness to travel
- NGO/NPO background
- Understanding matrix management, operation of virtual teams as well as being a team-player
Your tasks and responsibilities…
- Work with the Programme Director CEE in developing strategies, planning and leading campaigns
- Lead a team of regional experts and project leaders
- Manage international projects; represent GP CEE in internal global bodies and towards relevant stakeholders
- Build and manage a network in politics, authorities, and media in the region and beyond
- Plan and monitor budgets
- Collaborate with international/regional Greenpeace offices/colleagues and other NGOs/NPOs
