Across the world, ocean ecosystems are collapsing and our oceans are reaching the tipping point between rescue and destruction; India has an opportunity to safeguard its oceans before it is too late. As member states at the UN Convention on Biological Diversity discuss ways of harmonising development and biodiversity, sustainable use of marine resources remains an issue that the world needs to agree on.
