People's Climate March Delhi

On 20th September, Delhi joined the rest of the world to march for Climate Change. World leaders are meeting at the Ban Ki Moon summit in New York. Support outpoured in Delhi, with over 2500 marchers from across India, who represented different environmental issues, and how it's affecting their livelihood and communities. The march began at Mandi House and ended at Jantar Mantar.

India has seen a spate of natural disasters that have been escalated by climate change. Recently, the Jammu and Kashmir floods were a grim reminder of the havoc climate change can cause.
