Delhi's power minister gets a solar message

Activists set-up solar panels and chained themselves to it outside Delhi's power minister, Haroon Yusuf's house. The police pushed the chained activists away when they refused to move without meeting the minister. Eventually the minister agreed  to meet Greepeace campaigners and promised to meet them again to discuss renewable energy as a solution on Delhi's power crisis.
