Palm oil extraction is responsible for destruction of Indonesian rainforests. The last thing representatives of vegetable oil and oil seed companies at the GLOBOIL conference in Mumbai expected was orangutans questioning them about rainforest destruction. So when Greenpeace activists dressed as orangutans joined their conference they were shocked. The orangutans held banners asking them if their company was destroying rainforests.
