On the eve of the high level meetings at the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) COP11 in Hyderabad that will see heads of state decide on issues that will define the long term viability of the world's oceans, Greenpeace sent a message from the Indian Ocean sea-floor off the coast Andaman islands to highlight the need for the protection of marine biodiversity the threats faced by people living in coastal areas.
