Costs of the Angra 3 nuclear reactor

About the campaign:

BNP Paribas, the world’s leading banker of nuclear projects, is currently planning to provide financing for the construction of a nuclear power station – Angra 3 – in Brazil.

If this financing goes ahead, Brazil will be burdened with a nuclear reactor using materials that are out-of-date and that will fail to deliver the safe, affordable, clean energy Brazil needs in a world faced with climate change.

BNP should not misuse its clients' money by using it to finance dangerous nuclear reactors. We need banks to fund green, clean renewable energy - tell BNP to stop nuclear investments!
