Message at BNP Paribas-sponsored Masters tennis: 'Stop radioactive investments!'

November 13, 2010 - Banners hang at the Paris Masters tennis tournament, which is sponsored by BNP Paribas. BNP provides more financing to the nuclear industry than any other bank in the world and is also planning to 'sponsor' a dangerously obsolete nuclear reactor in Brazil - the Angra 3.

The activists called on the banking group BNP Paribas to cancel plans to fund Angra 3, just as thousands of others have already done by e-mailing the banking group directly.

If BNP Paribas finances this nuclear reactor it will burden the Brazilian people and environment with a dangerously obsolete reactor. See the costs of the Angra nuclear reactor in images - and tell BNP: Don't fund Angra 3!
