Paris, October 21, 2010 Greenpeace volunteers used a BNP Paribas branded armoured truck to deliver ‘radioactive millions’ from BNP to the nuclear industry. The banking group, which provides more financing to the nuclear industry than any other bank in the world, is currently planning to finance the building of Angra 3, a dangerously obsolete nuclear reactor in Brazil.

Greenpeace is calling on BNP to announce its immediate withdrawal from Angra 3 and allow full transparency on its radioactive investments.
