Water patrol volunteers collect water samples in Taguig City, Southern Manila during the 2nd leg of the 'Right To Know' Water Patrol Expedition. Organized by Greenpeace, the expedition which will travel for 85 kilometers in three weeks during the month of September, will examine and document sources of toxic pollution from Marikina River all the way to Laguna Lake. Greenpeace is urging the government to speed up the elimination of priority hazardous chemicals and establish a pollution disclosure system.
