A Greenpeace activist climbs over the side of the smoke stack at Kingsnorth coal-fired power station in Kent. They immobilised the conveyor belt carrying coal into the plant by hitting emergency stop buttons and chaining themselves to machinery. A second group climbed 1000 steps to the top of the chimney and painted the words Gordon bin it onto the outside.
