Fashion models wear Spanish fashions made without harmful chemicals commonly used in textiles at the launch of website substitutionworks.com in the European Parliament in Brussels. Greenpeace is calling on EU decision-makers to make the substitution of hazardous chemicals a requirement under the new EU chemicals law, REACH, which the Parliament votes on soon.
