Russian Oil Spill Patrol in Komi Republic

Greenpeace activists Anna Kopytova (Russia) and Thomas Karlsson (Denmark) clean up an oil spill outside Usinsk in the Komi Republic. An international group of Greenpeace experts and volunteers together with partner organization Save the Pechora Committee will patrol the region of Komi Republic (Russia) to find and map numerous oil spills, clean up an oil-contaminated area, and collect case studies and experiences from the local population, bearing witness to the huge scale of the problem.
