Artisanal fishermen work in their boat in Black River Bay on the west coast. Government figures reflect their local fishermen's concerns of a declining tuna catch. The artisanal catch fell to 640 tonnes in 2007 from 947 tonnes in 2005 before a partial recovery to 831 tonnes in 2010.
