18th September. The UN Secretary General, Ban Ki-moon was presented with a sphere full of 6 million drops of arctic meltwater, representing the six million signature petition calling for long term protection of the Arctic region by a Greenpeace delegation. Consisting of Indigenous rights activist, youth leader and Saami politician Josefina Skerk, Margareta Malmgren-Koller, Greenpeace Senior Political Advisor Neil Hamilton and Greenpeace International Executive Director Kumi Naidoo.
