I'm Lars from Germany and I'm here to protest against the oil drilling operations of Gazprom and this increasing industrial use of the Arctic. It's a reckless thing to do. This is one of the very few nearly untouched spaces left on this earth and drilling for oil here is reckless because it endangers this environment which is totally unique, and on the other hand this oil is going to be used to further fuel climate change. I'm here to proves against this, and rather instead going to clean energy and not having to drill in this environment for oil, which we don't need anymore, if we change to renewables.
