The story: The sun sets on the Greenpeace the Arctic Sunrise near an oil rig platform in the Gulf of Mexico October 17, 2010. A team of independent scientists joined the crew of the Arctic Sunrise to conduct a series of scientific research programs that will further the understanding of the impacts of both oil and chemical dispersants on the Gulf ecosystem in the aftermath of the BP oil spill.
