Our International Executive Director Kumi Naidoo, is interviewed in the film Ecowarrios, broadcast tonight on ARTE in France, along with Mike Townsley, our Head of News and Nora Christiansen, one of the 'Red Carpet' activists at the UN Climate Summit in Copenhagen. The film begins by examining what many see as the gradual criminalisation of Civil Disobedience, especially for environmental activists, in the US. The story then moves to Europe and asks if the same thing could happen there.
