The Amicus Coalition made up from 15 environmental, nature and rural organisations from Europe, Asia and the Americas, including Greenpeace submitted this 'amicus curiae' brief, in May 2004 to the WTO, as it believes that the US is trying to scare developing countries into adopting the controversial technology and force the EU to accept GE food.
