EFSA : failing Europe and consumers

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) was set up to improve the risk assessment of genetically engineered (GE) crops in the EU. However, analysis of the two assessments made so far by the EFSA show that it has not contributed to a higher level of consumer and environmental protection from GE crops and foodstuffs.
