As i write this, security are moving through the Bella Centre in Copenhagen where the talks are being held and evicting all NGO observers except for a lucky 54 (that's 54 in total from the thousands of NGO representatives who're at the summit). So just as the talks reach crunch point, commentators and observers are removed.
We are now faced with the reality that final deals will be made without public scrutiny and without transparency.
If things were looking bad, they're now looking.....well they're not looking like anything because we can't see.
