SOS tuna

Greenpeace and KFEM (Korean Federation for Environmental Movement) activists display a huge human banner across the beach in Busan reading SOS TUNA in December 2009. Greenpeace engages with governments, industry and Pacific communities and helps them protect their ocean from overfishing and piracy. Greenpeace is campaigning for a global network of fully protected marine reserves covering 40% of our oceans as an essential way to protect our seas from the ravages of climate change, to restore the health of fish stocks, and protect ocean life from habitat destruction and collapse.
