A Greenpeace inflatable shadows the NZ deep sea trawler Ocean Reward as its nets drag the seabed for orange roughy on the western edge of the heavily overfished Challenger Plateau in the Tasman Sea, June 2004. Bottom trawling is one of the most destructive forms of fishing, ploughing through fragile and slow-growing deep sea ecosystems in the pursuit of fish.
