Members of a variety of environmental and community groups – including Greenpeace, Te Whanau a Apanui, Oil Free Otago, and Forest and Bird - hand in a 140,000 signature-strong petition, calling for the Government to abandon its fossil fuels agenda in favour of a clean energy future in Wellington, New Zealand.
