It seems that almost everyone from the big oil industry (in hopes of maintaining a fossil fuel dependent to the status quo), to the TckTckTck formation, to President Obama's grandma are gearing up for the coming Copenhagen meetings.

And here in the Philippines, Greenpeace is not alone in its work as there are even other grassroots groups that are also getting the issue of the coming Copenhagen climate meetings to a broader audience , among them is the local formation of 350.org who will be kicking off their campaign with climate actions the first of which is an art exhibit with film showing, discussions, and bands on August 28, Friday, 6PM, at the Picnic Pavillion of the Quezon City Memorial Circle.

Look out for more events and activities leading to the climate action festival on October 24 to build awareness of the 350 agenda, and to foster familiarity and  hopefully gather more support in time for the Global Day of Climate Action.
