Greenpeace bikers today toured the headquarters of the nine presidential candidates to deliver, along with images of drought-affected areas in the country, letters of demand to push for commitments to protect the country’s water sources. The Greenpeace Water Patrol had earlier established a week-long Water Watch Camp in Angat Dam, which is receding by a meter every four to five days and breached the 180 masl critical level on April 13, as well as a mobile Water Watch Station that made expeditions to drought-affected agricultural lands in North & Central Luzon.
