Greenpeace Southeast Asia Regional Energy Campaigner Red Constantino holds a new report released by Greenpeace,with results of tests on ash by-products that were found positive for mercury,a deadly neurotoxin,and arsenic,a carcinogen.The samples were taken from coal power plants of American power company Mirant in the city of Toledo,Cebu .Greenpeace activists in Manila stormed the corporate office of Mirant and unfurled banners protesting against the use of coal,Tuesday morning,31 May 2005.
