Environmental refugee camp for displaced victims temporarily settled from 1991 Mt Pinatubo Volcanic eruption and extreme weather and climate change conditions caused by Typhoon Ketsana and Morakot. Residents living in dilapidated tents in Botolan, Zambales hold a banner reading "ASEAN for Climate Action at Cancun" on behalf of the A-FAB (ASEAN for Fair, Ambitious and Binding Global Deal Coalition of Oxfam, Greenpeace and World Wildlife Fund), urging ASEAN leaders to take real action to stop climate change at the United Nation's climate talks in Cancun, Mexico, which commence at the end of November.
