Senior HR Specialist

The Senior HR Specialist will assist the HR Director in developing strategic HR programs in the area of talent acquisition, data analytics, and engagement covering Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand. The position will call for support to ensure team effectiveness and process management. This is a critical role and of high impact influencing thought leadership in the organization.

This is a full-time position based in either Bangkok, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, or Manila.

Job Post - Senior Human Resources Specialist

 

Key Duties 

  • Participate in strategic HR planning and quarterly strategy discussions.
  • Research and develop strategic programs in identified critical HR processes, consult with relevant parties, draw up effective roll up plans.

  • Provide expertise in change management in a cross -cultural environment.
  • Assist the HR Director in implementing systems and procedures for effectively managing the achievement of the department’s objectives.This entails a lot of collaboration with cross functional teams.

  • Assist the HR department and HR Director in the preparation and submission of the department’s monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Supports the HR team in delivering high impact programs and improving key processes.

  • Provide assistance to HR  Director’s day to day operations/logistical needs.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested or assigned by the HR Director.

 

Educational Background & Fundamental Qualifications

Level of Education: 

Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or A-level certification, preferably in Behavioral Sciences, Huan Resource, Psychology, or related fields                                            

Work Experience: 

3- 5 years of relevant experience
