“Right-to-Know Water Patrol Expedition” on Leg 2 to travel by Bike

A village captain signs Water Patrol's "Right-to-Know" Petition by a Greenpeace activist at the Barangay Lower Bicutan Hall, Taguig City, Southern Manila, Philippines on its second leg of the "Right-to-know Water Patrol Expedition". Organized by Greenpeace, the expedition travels 85 kilometers in three weeks during the month of September to examine and document sources of toxic pollution from Marikina River all the way to Laguna Lake. Greenpeace is urging the government to speed up the elimination of priority hazardous chemicals and establish a pollution disclosure system.
