En janvier, la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre revue sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e The Lancet a publi\u00e9 le r\u00e9gime alimentaire \u00ab id\u00e9al \u00bb pour l\u2019\u00eatre humain comme pour l\u2019environnement, compos\u00e9 quotidiennement de l\u00e9gumes, fruits, l\u00e9gumes secs, noix et de 43 grammes maximum de poulet, de porc ou de b\u0153uf. Certains y voient la main d\u2019un \u00ab lobby anti-viande \u00bb et pensent que le d\u00e9bat manque fortement de nuances et de base scientifique.
