So far, around 40 different species of these birds have been found, and they\u2019re considered by some to be among the <strong>most beautiful creatures on earth.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After ravaging the forests of Borneo and Sumatra, <strong>the palm oil industry has reached the final frontier, Papua,<\/strong> home to these Birds of Paradise. Both the birds and the forest could be lost if we allow these companies to continue.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"width: 40%; margin: 0 auto;\" align=\"center\"><a class=\"btn btn-primary btn-medium page-header-btn\" href=\"https:\/\/act.gp\/2QJpBwQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sign the petition<\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That\u2019s why <strong>street artists and volunteers from all over the world<\/strong>, from Melbourne to Taipei and Vienna to LA, are taking matters into their own hands. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Their mission is simple &#8211; to <strong>re-create the essence of the extravagant, brightly colored plumage, crazy courtship dances and bizarre behaviors of these birds in our cities<\/strong> through huge artworks on walls. To remind us of the constant threat to Indonesian wildlife, but also inspire us to act to protect it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s time for us to <strong>stand together for the future of Indonesian forests<\/strong>.
