It\u2019s not true consultation or science if you\u2019ve decided on the answer before asking the question,\u201d said Stewart.<\/p>\n<p>Following a challenge by Indigenous Nations and environmental groups, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greenpeace.org\/canada\/en\/story\/4222\/it-was-an-amazing-day-what-the-transmountain-pipeline-denial-means\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Federal Court ruled<\/a> that the government failed to properly consult with First Nations on the Trans Mountain Expansion project.
