And just like that\u2026 another year wrapped on the Photo Contest! This year was a fun one, our submissions are always super diverse but this year was on another level! From mighty conifers in the Canadian wilderness to the blistering climates of the arctic tundra, you gave us a wide range to work with.<\/p>\n\n

When choosing the theme for a contest like this, I\u2019ve learned after the first few years that the broader the theme, the better. We know that not every supporter should have to have professional photography equipment and access to the earth\u2019s most exotic locations to participate. The ultimate prize of this contest is getting outside, admiring the world around you, observing the bustling metropolitan within the world\u2019s forests, and capturing moments. I said it last year and it bears repeating\u2060\u2014 you folks did not make the judging panel\u2019s work easy! With over 700 submissions entered this year and 1900 votes we\u2019ve found our Top Five winners.<\/p>\n\n

Now without further ado, the Greenpeace Canada 2022 Photo Contest winners:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

These five photos will be featured in the upcoming Spring\/Summer 2023 issue of the Greenpeace Magazine.<\/em> I can\u2019t wait to see these awesome shots grace our pages.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n
