In reaction, Keith Stewart, a Senior Energy Strategist at Greenpeace Canada, said:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cThis Ford government decision is about&nbsp; ideology, not economics. Since the idea of rebuilding Pickering was abandoned in 2010 due to high costs, the price of wind and solar power with battery storage has dropped like a stone.
