Inspirovali jsme se modely \u201cTeal\u201d organizace, kter\u00fd popsal Frederic Laloux ve sv\u00e9 knize Reinventing organisations, a p\u0159\u00edstupem Holacracy popsan\u00fdm v knize Briana Robertsona. Pro\u010d jsme se k t\u00e9to transformaci rozhodli?\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Pot\u0159eba rychle reagovat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Jako environment\u00e1ln\u00ed organizace mus\u00edme rychle reagovat na extern\u00ed impulsy a zasahovat tam, kde jsme nejv\u00edce pot\u0159ebn\u00ed. V ide\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b ihned. Tradi\u010dn\u00ed organiza\u010dn\u00ed modely zalo\u017een\u00e9 prim\u00e1rn\u011b na koncentraci moci u hierarchicky nejv\u00fd\u0161e postaven\u00fdch lid\u00ed, jsou velmi t\u011b\u017ekop\u00e1dn\u00e9 a pomal\u00e9 a v podstat\u011b v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b ji\u017e zastaral\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<lite-youtube style=\"background-image: url('https:\/\/i.ytimg.com\/vi\/Wwoles9dCX0\/hqdefault.jpg');\" videoid=\"Wwoles9dCX0\" params=\"rel=0\"><\/lite-youtube>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<p>Hledali jsme proto alternativn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstupy, kter\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed organizaci \u010di firm\u011b fungovat organicky a rychle, jako samostatn\u00fd ekosyst\u00e9m &#8211; \u017eiv\u00fd organismus. Tento princip fungov\u00e1n\u00ed organizac\u00ed je v odborn\u00e9 literatu\u0159e naz\u00fdv\u00e1n evolu\u010dn\u00edm, proto\u017ee se neust\u00e1le vyv\u00edj\u00ed a p\u0159izp\u016fsobuje externalit\u00e1m. Nikdy nedos\u00e1hne fin\u00e1ln\u00ed, statick\u00e9 podoby.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>Je tak\u00e9 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zm\u00ednit, \u017ee nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 vz\u00edt jeden model a plo\u0161n\u011b ho pou\u017e\u00edt v jin\u00fdch organizac\u00edch. V ka\u017ed\u00e9 budou n\u011bkter\u00e9 jednotliv\u00e9 principy fungovat l\u00e9pe a n\u011bkter\u00e9 v\u016fbec.
