Podobn\u011b jako v\u0161emo\u017en\u00e9 ovoce a zelenina jsou \u010dasto k&nbsp;dost\u00e1n\u00ed i mra\u017een\u00e9 nebo konzervovan\u00e9. D\u00e1le tu m\u00e1me obiloviny v&nbsp;podob\u011b t\u011bstovin, r\u00fd\u017ee, kuskusu, nudl\u00ed a pe\u010diva. Orientujte se v&nbsp;\u017eivin\u00e1ch \u2013 a hledejte vegansk\u00e9 alternativy<\/h2>\n\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 se boj\u00edte, \u017ee v\u00e1m budou chyb\u011bt syt\u00e9 b\u00edlkoviny, chu\u0165ov\u00e9 z\u00e1\u017eitky jako umami nebo textura j\u00eddel, na kterou jste zvykl\u00ed u masa a ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f? Nab\u00edz\u00ed se spousta \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<p>V\u00edte, \u017ee seitan, kter\u00fd si m\u016f\u017eete <a href=\"https:\/\/yupitsvegan.com\/basic-homemade-seitan\/\">p\u0159ipravit i doma<\/a>\u00a0z\u00a0p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 mouky \u2013 je na b\u00edlkoviny stejn\u011b bohat\u00fd jako maso? <\/p>\n\n<p>Nemus\u00edte si ani zvykat na margar\u00edn \u2013 k&nbsp;dost\u00e1n\u00ed u\u017e jsou i kostky vegansk\u00e9ho m\u00e1sla, kter\u00e9 si m\u016f\u017eete namazat na pe\u010divo nebo pou\u017e\u00edt p\u0159i pe\u010den\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pokud jde o texturu, existuje hodn\u011b vegansk\u00fdch s\u00fdr\u016f, kter\u00e9 se rozpou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed hezky jako ty \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9. Z\u00a0tofu se d\u00e1 p\u0159ipravit v\u00fdborn\u00e1 n\u00e1hrada m\u00edchan\u00fdch vaj\u00ed\u010dek a chlebovn\u00edk (jackfruit) p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 trhan\u00e9 pe\u010den\u00e9 maso.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pokud jde o \u017eiviny, jedin\u00fdm vitaminem, kter\u00fd se ve vegansk\u00e9 strav\u011b nach\u00e1z\u00ed m\u00e1lo, je vitam\u00edn B12, je tedy pot\u0159eba ho dopl\u0148ovat pomoc\u00ed tablet nebo potravin, do kter\u00fdch je p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1n. Nen\u00ed na tom ale nic divn\u00e9ho. Podobn\u011b ale u\u017e v\u0161ichni konzumujeme nap\u0159\u00edklad j\u00f3d, kter\u00fd je pro na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd, \u017ee se p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 do kuchy\u0148sk\u00e9 soli. Stejn\u011b tak bychom m\u011bli v zim\u011b dopl\u0148ovat vitam\u00edn D, kter\u00fd na\u0161e t\u011blo z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 d\u00edky p\u016fsoben\u00ed slune\u010dn\u00edch paprsk\u016f. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Najd\u011bte si obl\u00edben\u00e9 rostlinn\u00e9 \u201eneml\u00e9ko\u201c<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pokud m\u00e1te v&nbsp;oblib\u011b latt\u00e9 nebo cappuccino, prozkoumejte, kter\u00e9 rostlinn\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko v\u00e1m v&nbsp;t\u011bchto n\u00e1poj\u00edch zachutn\u00e1 nejv\u00edc \u2013 jen mus\u00edte naj\u00edt to, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1m vyhovuje.
