I v t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edpadech soud uznal, \u017ee \u0161lo o parodie, na kter\u00e9 se vztahuje v\u00fdjimka z autorsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v, a \u017ee organizace Greenpeace jejich zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00edm neporu\u0161ila z\u00e1kon. \u010cEZ nyn\u00ed mus\u00ed zaplatit Greenpeace za soudn\u00ed v\u00fdlohy.
